AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can connect to involve.media/mcp to look up our services and prices, find our contact details, and run our free Local Business Checkup. This connection does not ask for, collect or store your name, email address, phone number, or the content of your conversation with the assistant.
For each request, we log which tool was used, the time, the type of assistant making the request, the size of the response and whether it succeeded. To prevent abuse, we keep a scrambled code made from your network address. The address itself is not stored, and the code cannot be turned back into it. These logs are used only to limit abuse and understand usage, and are deleted after 12 months.
When an assistant runs a checkup, the business name and town are sent to Google to find the business's public listing, and the type of business and town are sent to AI services (OpenAI, Google and Anthropic) to see which local businesses they recommend. The result is saved as a report with a private link, the same as a checkup run on our website. The checkup is for looking up businesses, not individuals.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
