For Canadian REALTORS®
Your brand, your domain, and listings that update every hour. Set up so Google and AI search know exactly who you are and where you sell, with a real person looking after it.
Let's talk about your siteMost agents end up with one of two websites. The brokerage template looks like every other agent's at your office. The platform sites look better, but you're renting them. Leave, and the site, the pages and the search ranking you built all stay behind.
Both show the same listings as thousands of other sites. That's useful for buyers, but it doesn't tell Google, or the AI tools people now ask for recommendations, anything about you: the communities you know, the clients you're best with, and why people come back to you.
Listings bring people to your site. Your own story is what gets you recommended.
Active listings from the national CREA data feed, refreshed every hour, with search, maps and photos. Visitors browse homes on your site, with your name and number beside every one.
Your own domain and your own WordPress site. No platform to leave behind and nothing to rebuild if you change brokerages. You keep everything you've built.
Your name, brokerage, specialties and communities clearly marked so search engines and AI assistants can connect them to you. Pages for the clients you most want, like downsizers, first-time buyers or waterfront.
Your site runs on Canadian servers, with backups, updates and the listings feed watched. When something needs attention, you call me, not a support queue.
You probably already have tools from your brokerage, and maybe a CRM or lead system too. Good. Your website shouldn't compete with them. It should fill the gaps they leave.

Your website adds
People still search Google, but more of them now ask an AI assistant who to call. Here's what your site does about that, plus two things I'm building that save you time every week.
Included
When someone asks "who's a good realtor for downsizing in my town?", the answer comes from your own content, not your listings. Your site is set up so that content is easy for Google and AI assistants to find and trust.
Add-on · in development
When one of your listings goes live, drops in price or has an open house, a post is drafted for your Google profile and social media. You or your assistant approve it, and it goes out. Nothing posts without your OK.
Add-on · in development
A page for each community you serve, updated monthly from active listings: what's new, typical asking prices, and what's available. Fresh local content that search engines notice, and that you can share in your newsletter.
Listings connected, your details marked up for search, and Google Business Profile tied in. This part needs nothing from you but a few logins.
Who you are, where you sell and how you work, front and centre. You share your words, and I shape them into a homepage that sounds like you.
A page for each kind of client you most want to help, linked from your homepage and community pages, with your reviews alongside.
You see every change before it goes live. You get a written quote up front: a one-time build price, then one monthly plan that covers hosting, care and your listings feed.
Listings work, done carefully
I already run a REALTOR® site with about 5,000 live listings syncing hourly. Recently I moved it to Canadian servers without the listings going dark, and found and fixed a plugin problem that was quietly dropping dozens of new listings a day.

Listings come from CREA's national data feed, the same source behind REALTOR.ca, through a well-established WordPress plugin. They refresh every hour. You'll need your own CREA account to approve the feed for your site, and I walk you through it.
Yes. CREA's feed only carries active listings, so your own sales are added to your site as sold listings and can have their own page. They're a great track record to show sellers, and I can add them for you.
Keep using them. Those tools are good at following up with people who are already on your list. Your website does a different job: helping new people find you through search and AI, on a site that's yours. Enquiries from the site can go straight into the CRM you already use.
Yes. I set up BaseStep, my own CRM, for clients who need one. Enquiries from your website land in it automatically, and it handles follow-up emails and texts, appointment booking and your contact list in one place. It can be added to the same monthly plan as your site, so you're not juggling another bill.
If your brokerage already gives you a CRM you like, keep it. I'll connect your website to that instead.
More about CRM setup.
Your brokerage name and details appear the way your brokerage requires, and you see and approve every page before it goes live. Anything posted on your behalf, like new-listing posts, waits for your OK first.
Yes. If you already have a domain, we keep it. If you're on a platform now, I'll move your content over and set up redirects so you don't lose the search ranking you've built.
Yes, it's a standard WordPress site, so you or your assistant can make changes. Many agents would rather send me the change and let me handle it, and that works too.
It depends on how many pages you need and how much content you already have. You get a written quote before anything starts: a one-time price for the build, then one monthly plan that covers hosting, updates, backups and keeping your listings feed running.
Tell me where you sell and what you have now. I'll come back with honest options, including when your current site is fine.
